There are three trigger types in Suade.
The first is a manual trigger.
This will cause your tile to trigger every time it’s clicked.
The second trigger type is timed.
This will cause your tile to trigger every X seconds. This means you can set your tile to be triggered every 10, 30, 90, etc. seconds. It’s totally in your control!
The third trigger type is Reactive (Voice AI).
When you use this trigger type the tile will be listening to the prospects end conversation and wait until it’s appropriate to trigger. To define when it is appropriate to trigger the tile you would input your description in the Reactive Prompt (description) section.
Examples include
- When the speaker says an objection
- When the speaker asks a question about price
- When the speaker seems uninterested
The Final trigger type is Reactive (Transcript AI)
This trigger type is much more accurate than the Voice AI because it listens to both sides of the conversation.
To set this trigger you’d have to type in a question that, if true, would trigger the tile.
Then you’ll have to tell the AI when check if the transcript causes this question to be true.
Example questions
- Is the prospect currently asking a question?
- Is the sales rep going on a monologue?
- Are they talking about booking a meeting?
Every X amount of seconds, the AI will take your question and the transcript and check if the question is true. If it is true it will run the tile.
